We help upsizing families find a home they’ll love with our Sense-of-Place Method.

Proven Method

Our method breaks the buying and selling process into five manageable steps and reduces your stress.

  • Woman and two men gather around laptop in preparation for home buying.

    1. Buyer preparation

We can recommend a lender to provide a pre-approval letter, which will let us know your price range. We learn what your family is looking for: desired location, number of beds and baths, square footage, etc.

  • Beautiful open concept family room and kitchen with light walls, neutral furnishings and light blue accents.

    2. Prepare to list your home

We help you get your home ready to sell, from determining a listing price to recommending improvements that will improve appeal and hiring a professional photographer.

  • Large stone house glows in the evening light.

    3. Finding your place

We know what you’re looking for, so we’ll schedule showings. Once you find the right fit, we’ll need to act fast. We can make an offer as soon as you are ready.

  • A man, woman, and two children gaze at the setting sun.

    4. Offer accepted

Once you have an accepted offer, we’ll help you hire a home inspector and negotiate the price in response to the inspection report.

  • Two hands holding wine glasses celebrate with a toast in an outdoor setting.

    5. Celebrate

You made it! It’s time to celebrate. If you are new to the neighborhood, we can fill you in on local services.

Too little space adds stress. Discover your sense of place.

Growing Families. Changing Needs.

You remember how cozy your home was for your young family. Maybe the kids were fine sharing a bedroom. Maybe your spare room was nice for guests or a home office. Now you keep getting in each other’s way. We can help you find a house that fits your growing family.

  • An extra bathroom or two can eliminate the need to get ready in shifts.

  • The kids might be ready for their own bedrooms where they can be themselves.

  • A larger yard could have space for swings or raised-bed gardening.

  • You could have designated space for work, hobbies, or storage.

It’s in our nature to serve.

We understand living in a home that your busy family has outgrown can be stressful. Our Sense-of-Place Method simplifies the process of upsizing your home for you and your family.
